New Mexico Residential Lease Agreement

This Residential Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on the ___ day of ___________, 20__, by and between _________________________ ("Landlord") and _________________________ ("Tenant"). The premises leased under this Agreement are located at ______________________________________________________________________ ("Premises") in the state of New Mexico.

In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

Term of Lease: The term of this Lease will commence on _______________ and will terminate on _______________ unless sooner terminated as provided herein.
Rent: The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord rent in the amount of $________ per month, due and payable in advance on the first day of each month. The first month's rent is due upon the signing of this Agreement.
