New Mexico Divorce Settlement Agreement

This Divorce Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is made on ___________________ (the "Effective Date") by and between _________________________ (the "First Party") and _________________________ (the "Second Party"), collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party." This Agreement is subject to the laws of the State of New Mexico.

Recitals

WHEREAS, the Parties were lawfully married on ___________________ in ___________________, New Mexico; and

WHEREAS, the Parties wish to resolve all issues related to their marital dissolution in a fair and amicable manner without the need for protracted litigation; and

WHEREAS, the Parties have reached an agreement on the division of their marital property, debts, child custody, visitation, and support, and wish to memorialize these terms in this Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, it is agreed as follows:

1. Division of Property

The Parties agree to the division of property as follows:

• Bank accounts and financial assets listed as follows will be divided: ___________________________________________
• Personal property, including but not limited to vehicles, furniture, and electronics, will be divided as follows: ___________________________________________

2. Division of Debts

The Parties agree that any debts incurred during the marriage will be divided as follows:

3. Child Custody and Support
